Product Sales Terms & Conditions

By purchasing products from Rehobet Janitorial Services Ltd., the Customer agrees to the following terms:

• Pricing: All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Payment: Payment is due according to the invoice terms or at the time of purchase unless credit terms have been approved.
• Delivery: Delivery dates are estimates only and may vary due to supplier availability or circumstances beyond our control.
• Inspection: Customers must inspect products upon delivery and report any shortages, damage, or incorrect items within 48 hours.
• Returns: Returns require prior authorization. Opened, used, custom, or special-order products are not eligible for return unless defective.
• Product Availability: Product availability is subject to inventory. We reserve the right to substitute equivalent products when necessary, subject to customer approval where appropriate.
• Warranty: Products are covered only by the manufacturer's warranty, where applicable.
• Limitation of Liability: Rehobet Janitorial Services Ltd.'s liability is limited to the purchase price of the products supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.
