“We are unable to provide a fixed price over the phone, even if you have information about the home. This is because every home requires a different level of cleaning. However, we are happy to deliver the service based on the following price ranges: studio from $450 to $550, one bedroom from $550 to $650, two bedrooms from $680 to $900, small townhouses under 1300 sq.ft. from $850 to $1050, big townhouses from $900 to $1200, houses under 3000 sq.ft. from $1200 to $1500, and houses under 4000 sq.ft. from $1500 to $2000. Additionally, carpet cleaning will be estimated at an extra $60 to $70 per room.”
