Position Available: Operations Assistant

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an Operations Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in various tasks including:

  • Handling phone calls and emails professionally and efficiently.
  • Collaborating on communications and project management initiatives.
  • Managing and supervising crews both onsite and offsite.
  • Coordinating appointments, walkthroughs, and client onboarding processes.
  • Procuring necessary supplies and ensuring the organization of company vehicles.
  • Conducting monthly and regular inspections for cleaning accounts.
  • Assisting in the creation and updating of operational documents and forms.
  • Providing support with cleaning duties during labour shortages.
  • Ensure that employees are informed and accountable and maintain quality standards.

Additional Details:

  • Compensation: $22/hour (full-time)
  • Days of Work: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends if required
  • Start Date: March 1, 2024


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Previous experience in customer service roles preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Google Docs, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license (minimum Class 5) with no restrictions.
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations and effectively solve problems.
  • Proficient in the English language.
